    New Year – New Priorities

    We are approaching the end of a year – yet another year of importance and a year abundant with changes. Above all, a jubilee year – our company celebrated its 10th anniversary.

    • PKE SA Preparations to the Winter Season

      Winter means a time of trial for all power plants and CHPs incorporated in our company. Work in extreme conditions indeed is a true test of the winter preparations status.

    • Japanese Delegation in Łaziska Power Plant

      From 6th till 8th December 2010, Łaziska Power Plant hosted a group of representatives from Chugoku Electric Power, a Japanese power company, and Hitachi. The visit was a result of the Intent Letter signed on May 6, 2010 under the auspices of the Japanese and Polish governments on the cooperation of Chugoku Electric Power and Tauron Polska Energia.

    • Loan from the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management

      An agreement granting a soft loan from the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management amounting to PLN 40 million for the construction of the biomass-fired boiler with auxiliary facilities for the 50 MW power unit in Jaworzno III Power Plant was signed in Katowice on October 25, 2010.
