  Beginning of the process of making the PKE shares available to the eligible employees and former employees.

  The Social Agreement is signed between the Management Board of the Company and the ZEC “Bielsko-Biała” (Group of Combined Heat and Power Plants Bielsko-Biała) trade unions in connection with the planned merger of the companies.

  The Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of PKE accepts merger of the Company with the ZEC “Bielsko-Biała”.

  Merger of the ZEC “Bielsko-Biała” and PKE. In the Company there are as many as eight production plants.
