• 1^st of June 2000
  Registration of the Company by the appropriete court.
• 8^th of June 2000
  Transferring the shares of the PKE to the Minister of the Treasury.
• July 2000
  Government consent to the consolidation – after issuing the positive opinion by the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers – no reservations were raised by the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.
• 23^rd of August 2000
  The Ministry of Treasury extended the share capital of the Company to 736 million PLN, transferring major share packages of the seven companies which form the corporation to the Company
• 5^th of September 2000
  The Social Agreement is signed between the trade unions of the power plants being parts of the concern and the Management Board of the Company.
• 23^rd of November 2000
  General Shareholders’ Meetings (connected wit the incorporation ) of the seven power plants and PKE – shares of the Company are established in lieu of those power plants’ properties.
• 4^th of December 2000
  The eligible employees who previously submitted appropriate statements, obtain the right to participate in the division of the 15-percent pool of free shares for the staff of the privatized enterprises.
• 6^th of December 2000
  Registration of the extension of the PKE capital in connection with joining the Company by the seven power plants.
• 28^th of December 2000
  Seven companies – power plants are deleted from the trade register.
