Our quality policy includes:

• maintenance of availability, continuous supply and parameters of provided electrical and heat power and other media in compliance with the Clients’ requirements,
• extension of the sales range with the involvement of third parties,
• increase in efficiency concerning the production of electrical power,
• the implementation of a system readiness service for the reconstruction of the National Energy System.

Our environmental policy includes:

• an increase in the capacity of the desulphurization system installed in PKE,
• increase in the production of environmentally friendly energy,
• continuous decrease in negative environmental impact, and prevention of the occurrence of possible risks to the environment

Our health and safety policy includes:

• the improvement of working conditions by the maintenance of the fully correct operation of machines, and the introduction of new systems for the reduction or eradication of environmentally hazardous to health elements in the workplace
• execution and improvement of activities preventing the possible risk of accidents at work, occupational diseases, and other complaints connected with the conditions of the workplace environment regular identification and eradication of situations creating accident risks

The Management of the Company is also obliged to:

• fulfill the requirements and obligations resulting from current legal regulations and standards, referring in particular to environmental protection and health and safety at work, and to concluded agreements,
• rationalize investment strategies with the best utilization and cost-efficient technologies, reducing the bias impact on the natural environment and improving health and safety working conditions,
• carry out an informational policy ensuring the understanding of all PKE SA operations able to have an impact to the natural environment,
• undertake economic cooperation with local authorities,
• increase the awareness, responsibility and involvement of employees regarding quality, the natural environment and health and safety by training,
• ensure appropriate resources and measures enabling the execution of this Policy,
• continuously improve the Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety Integrated Management System
