Łagisza Power Plant

Łagisza power plant is located in Będzin in Zagłębie Dąbrowskie. The basic activity of Łagisza power plant is electrical energy generation, production, distribution and sale of heat, maintenance service, design, repair, conservation and modernization of energy devices, electrical devices and transport devices and others designed for electrical and thermal energy production.

The Łagisza Power Plant is a professional power plant with following parameters:

• installed electrical capacity 840 MW
• available thermal capacity 424,6 MWt.

• installed capacity for heating needs - 424,6 MWt - in this in co-generation - 343MWt

The efficiency of generation with the fuel consumption factor for gross electrical energy production in 2000 equals 9731 KJ/KWh is 37%
