Two contracts were signed between The Southern Poland Power Company Plc and Energoprojekt Katowice Plc on November 19 on-site PKE. The documents signatories were: Jan Kurp – the Chairman of the Board and Henryk Tymowski – the Vice-chairman of the Board on behalf of PKE andAndrzej Kowalski – the Chairman of the Board and Jan Antończyk – the Marketing and Sales Manager on behalf of Energoprojekt.

Both contracts concern the execution of technical documentation essential to obtain power blocks in Lagisza Power Plant and Jaworzno II Power Plant erection permits as well as execution of the documentation necessary to get a permit to construct the new blocks power take-off lines. The contracts also include drawing up of documentation indispensable to issue a call for tenders concerning the execution of the aforementioned investments.

The contract execution date was scheduled for the second half of 2010.

The contracts are part of the the Southern Poland Power Company Plc.
