TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. is part of the TAURON Polska Energia SA holding; the company's share in the national electrical energy market is 14%, and 16% in the local heat production market.
On 17 March this year, the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company was held.
The Supervisory Board validated and approved the material and finances schedule for 2008 as well as gave its consent to the issuance of investment bills (up to the total nominal value of 200 million PLN), acquisition of fixed assets through the performance of the project entitled “upgrade of a sludge pre-processing plant and a sludge distribution plant at PKE SA’s Jaworzno III Power Plant – Plant II”. The Board approved the amendments to PKE SA’s Management Board regulations.
