After interviews with all the five candidates, Marek Gralec was decided to be the right choice.
Following the Supervisory Board’s decision of Tuesday, starting from 1 September, the Board of PKE will have six members.
Marek Gralec has been employed in Łaziska Power Plant, which forms a part of PKE, since 1985. The new Vice-President is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Silesian University. He has accomplished post-graduate studies in management at the Department of Economics at the Silesian University as well as post-graduate studies in the field of Economic Problems of the Power Engineering Sector at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a position of a Vice-President of Board of the General Sports Federation "Energetyk" in Warsaw and the President of Sports and Culture Society “Elektro” in Łaziska Górne.
