Till now, negotiations’ exclusiveness belonged to Energetyka Dwory [Dwory Energetics], however it did not present final offer of Tychy Thermal Power Station Public Company’s shares’ purchase. Treasury Ministry decided that it would re–negotiate with two other companies, interested in purchasing Tychy’s company. From 19th February to 23rd February, the syndicate and Dalkia Polska SA [Dalkia Poland Public Company] had the possibility of conducting full research of Tychy Thermal Power Station Public Company. Tychy Thermal Power Engineering Company is the biggest heat receiver from Tychy Thermal Power Station Public Company, and the fusion of those two subjects would be advantageous for the city’s energetic safety.
