“Green power” from Siersza Power Plant

PKE will produce "green energy." Biomass in the form of wood chips will be burned in circulating fluidized bed boilers of the Siersza Power Plant in Trzebinia. Biomass may also be chipped on site.

40 million PLN subsidy for the ecological boiler in Jaworzno

On January 19, TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economy (as an intermediary institution for the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2007- 2013) for the subsidy with regard to the construction of the biomass-fired boiler in Jaworzno III Power Plant – Power Plant II.
